1. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
2. Timeframe
You have up to 14 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at support@theshieldgaming.com . Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
